Information You Specifically Provide
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register to access and use certain portions of the Site including but not limited to contest entry forms and newsletter subscriptions. We also collect information from you that is necessary to identify you and to process and fulfill your requests for information, or to purchase products or services, as applicable. If you interact with the Site by purchasing products or services (if applicable), submitting feedback or content, joining a mailing list, or writing a review or comment, you may provide us with information, that may include some or all of the following:

Personal information is the information we have that relates to you, our user, as an individual. Tracking Technology
We may collect non-personal information about our Site traffic and usage patterns from technology such as Cookies and Web Beacons. Cookies are small text files that help us to personalize the content of the Site. Web Beacons are electronic files used to track your navigation on a website or collection of sites, the completion of transactions, submittal of applications and browsing behaviour. Use of Your Personal Information

Because you enter your personal data, you control its accuracy. If you discover that your personal data is inaccurate or if it changes, you are responsible for correcting the information either directly on your account, or by contacting us. We will not use your personal data collected through the Site for any purpose other than providing you with access to the Site and the associated services. We will not share your personal data collected through the Site with third parties without your consent.

No part of the Site is specifically structured to attract children under the age of 13. Parental/Guardian consent is required in order for any child under 13 years of age to submit personal information to the Site.

We will provide to a parent or guardian, upon proper request and identification, the following information about their child: (i) a description of the specific types of personal information collected from the child, and (ii) the opportunity at any time to refuse to permit us further use or maintenance in retrievable form, or future online collection, of personal information from that child. Certain exceptions may apply to the foregoing provisions, pursuant to COPPA and other applicable law.

Opt-Out
When you provide personal information via the Site and if you consent to us contacting you for this purpose, as required by law, we may use the personal information to occasionally notify you about special promotional programs and other content offerings. If you prefer that we not contact you in this manner, or want to withdraw your consent, we will promptly remove you from our distribution list at your request. 

If you delete your Cookies, use a different browser, or buy a new computer, you will need to renew your opt-out choice.

Limitations on Use
Volterra Digital will not use your personal information for purposes other than those outlined above, unless we have asked your permission and have received your consent. Volterra Digital will remove personal information when it is no longer relevant for the uses for which it was gathered and will delete your name from our mailing list upon your request by email.

Business Transfer
As we continue to develop, we might sell or buy the assets of similar companies. In such transactions, customer and user personal information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, such personal information may be one of those transferred assets, and we reserve the right to buy or sell such assets.

Security
We use a variety of standard protections to maintain the security. We are not responsible for the collection, use or disclosure of information collected through those websites, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability related to such collection, use or disclosure. You are encouraged to read the privacy policies of other websites reached through the use of links from the Site.

Modification
As we grow and new features are added, or legal requirements change, this Privacy Policy may be modified. Any changes to the Site’s Privacy Policy are effective as of the time they are posted on the Site. All personal information submitted through the Site is subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended. This Privacy Policy was last updated in October 2023.
